Joe is the energetic force behind JL’s Tree Service, known for his relentless drive and “get-it-done” attitude. As the owner, he’s always on the move—never one to sit still—and thrives on tackling big, complex projects that push the limits of what’s possible. Joe’s passion extends beyond the work itself; he’s deeply committed to supporting his crew, helping them grow, and celebrating their success. His enthusiasm, leadership, and hands-on approach are at the heart of the company’s reputation for excellence.
Jess
Jess is one of the proud owners of JL’s Tree Service, running the company alongside her husband, Joe. As a dedicated mother of three energetic boys, she manages the fast-paced balance of business and family with impressive ease. Behind the scenes, Jess keeps the operation organized, efficient, and moving forward—often while wrangling kids at home. Her ability to juggle it all with patience, strength, and determination is a driving force behind the company’s success.
Amanda
Amanda is the Service Coordinator at JL’s Tree Service, helping keep operations organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in operations and social work, she brings efficiency, empathy, and structure to the team. Known for her strong organizational skills, Amanda keeps workflows on track, communication clear, and the crew supported day to day. Outside of work, she enjoys health & wellness, cooking, camping, adventures, pasta, and mountain getaways out west. Her favorite things are her son Bodie, her partner James, and their dog Clyde, and she loves the close, supportive “small but mighty” team at JL’s Tree Service.
Cody
Cody is highlighted as an equipment specialist and ISA Certified Arborist, known for problem-solving, equipment knowledge, and helping keep operations efficient and safe.
Fin
Fin is an ISA Certified Arborist with strong knowledge of tree species and plant health. He’s a dedicated team member and leader who can often be found training new hires and co-op students, meeting clients, and providing quotes on job sites. Outside of work, Fin enjoys archery, hunting, fishing, hiking, pizza and wings, and spending time with his family, friends, and dog. His favorite part about working at JL’s Tree Service is the supportive, ever-evolving environment, the modern approach to tree work, and the chance to tackle new challenges every day with a great crew.
Dru
Dru, an ISA Certified Arborist, is our newest and youngest team member. Known as the job-site powerlifter, he brings energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every project. His strong communication skills help keep the team informed, connected, and working smoothly on site. Outside of work, Dru enjoys powerlifting, chicken pot pie, trips to Florida, and, of course, chainsaws. His favorite part about working at JL’s Tree Service is simple: the crew.
